Midsummer Floral Crown Building in the Park - July 21

If there is one moment with The Perfect Petal that you shouldn't miss this year, this might be it. Learn this ancient craft and our new tricks for doing it, alongside our practiced hands at Highlands Park just down the street from the shop. Bring a good friend and your camera. You’ll want to remember this day. Expect to learn mechanical techniques for longevity and strength, color pairing, how to choose a strong stem, and finishing tips all while enjoying the outdoors sitting on picnic blankets under the shade of trees.

There is no previous experience needed. All students will need to bring is a willingness to learn and create in an open and collaborative design space. At the end of the class, students will leave with their own handcrafted centerpiece and the confidence to make flower crowns at home. This two hour experience is truly one-of-a-kind.
