Beth is a native of Colorado and a spirited “old soul”. Her first memories are of digging through the dirt and being truly fascinated with gardening, so much so her favorite dolls were named carrot and cucumber.
Beth finds happiness at her home in Arvada where she takes pride in cooking every night, creating her specialty salts, being a loving wife and pet mom, interior decorator, and avid bird watcher. She graduated from Metropolitan University with a BA in Hospitality/Restaurant Management and truly loves helping people, everyday.
